History
We have been serving the Jersey Cape since 1967. Company founder, Joseph W. Rixey Jr. started his business on the North Wildwood Blvd. in 1967 at the family home. In 1971, he purchased the Joseph Douglass Real Estate Agency in Cape May Court House, making the office the "oldest real estate office in Middle Township. Joseph W. Rixey Jr. retired in 1993 proudly leaving the business in the hands of his sons, Bob, Jim and Rick. The Rixey name stands for honesty and integrity.
