Plan & Implement all aspects of marketing, advertising and selling your home while coordinating all activities with you.
Coordinate showings of your property with you.
Follow Up on showings and regularly report to you about the selling status of your home.
Represent you in contract negotiations and explain the New Jersey Association of Realtor’s Contract of Purchase and associated addendums.
Coordinate property inspections (i.e. termite, well & septic) and closing activities with the Buyer Agent, lender, attorney and/or settlement agency to help guarantee a smooth closing on your property.
Keep you informed at all times during the various stages of successfully getting your property to settlement.
