Review sales data with Buyer to justify the price to offer.
Negotiate terms and price with Sellers.
After offer is accepted, order inspections such as Home Inspection, Termite Inspection etc.
Review repair requests and remedies that a home inspection may reveal.
Prepare for Closing.
Make sure all terms of the contract are met.
Review closing costs and Title Company settlement documents with buyer.
Advise Buyers as to the amount of funds they need to bring to closing.
Closing.
The Title Company will conduct the closing.
After Closing.
Be available for any questions that Buyers may have.
Advise buyers of basic preventative maintenance to preserve their investment such as; keeping rain gutters clear of debris, opening and closing vents in fall and spring, attic ventilation, timely repairs so the home and its value does not deteriorate.
